For those of you who were offended by John Lennon's comment about Jesus, took it completely out of context and then burned all your Beatles albums, you might want to close your eyes and scroll down for a few seconds to get to the nice stuff. For the rest of you with a sense of humor, I couldn't resist posting this picture (I didn't make it):

I also thought it would be fun to have Jesus play a starring role in Sunday Silliness, as it is also the first Sunday of Lent. So in the spirit for which Lent is intended, I wanted to post "Rising Sun" which is a song that is so close to my heart. I usually listen to it on my birthday, but it seems to fit with Lent as well, perhaps even more so. There is such a feeling in it about new beginnings, spring and "turning around".

The video that beatleandy1 made for this song is absolutely gorgeous and I want to thank him for posting it. (Thank you, beatleandy1! I love the picture of him playing his organ at 1:40!)
